Jeremy Bowers is an owner and partner of KW Philly and Main Line. He also founded and operates Bowers Companies and We Clean Lists, along with Suburb Living which he co-runs with his wife Tandra. Jeremy’s entrepreneurial spirit began in his childhood in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Penn State University, Jeremy began his career in real estate in 2003. Jeremy quickly excelled in real estate sales and led one of the top producing teams in the Greater Philadelphia area early on in his career. Naturally, Jeremy advanced to a leadership role and became the manager of a local office, which was recognized as the Top 10 offices for growth out of 700 offices throughout United States at the time.

Jeremy eventually started his own real estate investment company in the Philadelphia area. He understands how to make a living and generate passive income, ranging from selling homes to operating multiple companies. Jeremy knows to build your wealth you have to own it. 

In 2018, Jeremy was named the CEO and Team Leader of KW Philly, one of the fastest growing brokerages in the United States. Jeremy Led KW Philly to attain the #1 market share in Philadelphia, reaching $2 billion in sales. Frank Genzano is now charged with running this office while Jeremy remains on as one of the owners. He continues to build businesses and encourages others to join or invest with him. Jeremy is a true visionary and integrator. He implements innovative techniques, systems, and models that have been proven effective throughout the years by thousands of agents. His focus on culture, systems and processes have changed the way we do business.

In 2020, the KW Main Line office sold approximately $200 million in sales. Until Jeremy and his partners acquired this office and scaled sales production to $1 billion in sales within a year. Their office increased from 90 to 330 agents due to the amazing support, culture, and maintaining results-oriented mindsets. 

The Productivity Coaching Program was restructured and is slated to produce over $70 million in sales in their 2nd year of business. We are continually looking to grow, invest, and purchase other locations.

We Clean Lists, was created to fix this issue by organizing your data into a single platform. This service has allowed real estate agents to provide a higher quality service to their contacts. 

Jeremy and his wife, Tandra, currently sell real estate throughout Greater Philadelphia and the Tri-County Suburbs. Jeremy is no stranger to team building as he has helped build top producing teams who’ve closed over 175 transactions annually.

Jeremy and his family truly embody the entrepreneurial mindset. They strive every day to build and solidify their futures while supporting each other. At the age of 13, his daughter wrote a best-selling book on Amazon titled ‘Quarantine: What People Can Learn from the Craziest Year Ever’. He continues to be a coach to his daughter in all realms: life, tennis, and basketball.

His passion is to coach people to strive to be the best version of themselves daily.
